A holster has one job people notice and two they do not: it has to retain the gun, cover the trigger completely, and stay open when the gun leaves it. Anything that collapses on the draw is a safety problem, not a comfort problem.

Inside-the-waistband is how most people carry concealed, and the belt matters as much as the holster — a purpose-built gun belt is the cheapest upgrade in carry. Outside-the-waistband is more comfortable and easier to draw from, and harder to hide.

Almost everybody buys two or three before finding one they will wear every day. That is normal. The one you keep is the one you stop noticing.
