Where We Ship

Three different journeys

Firearms always go to a licensed dealer. Every state, no exceptions — that is federal law, not a policy of ours. You choose the FFL nearest you at checkout on htxguns.com, we ship to them, and you collect from their counter after they run the background check and apply your state's rules. If you are in Houston you can name our own counter instead and skip the transfer fee.

Ammunition usually goes to your door. 43 of the 51 jurisdictions here take a direct residential delivery. Four require a credential in hand, three route it through a licensed dealer exactly like a firearm, and the District of Columbia does not accept inbound ammunition at all.

Optics, holsters, parts and gear go to your door everywhere. Nothing in those categories is restricted at the federal level and no state gates them, so they ship like any other parcel.

Who decides what you can actually buy

Your receiving dealer does. They verify your credentials and apply your state's permits, waiting periods, roster and magazine rules at the moment of transfer — and they are the ones licensed to make that call. We tell you what we can send and what to have ready. For anything genuinely legal rather than logistical, the state pages below link straight to the state's own licensing authority.
